Electrical Conductivity Measurement System

The Temperature-Dependent Electrical Conductivity Measurement System is designed for precise measurement of electrical conductivity (or resistivity) of thin films and pellets as a function of temperature up to 600 °C. The system is suitable for research and development in functional materials, semiconductors, thermoelectric materials, and energy materials.
